Privacy Policy
No Data Zone (“we”, “us”) is an independent documentary channel. This policy explains what data is processed on this website and by NDZ Publisher, the internal tool we use to publish videos to our own YouTube channel.
1. This website
This is a static website. It has no user accounts, no forms, no advertising, no analytics and no cookies. Fonts and images are served from this domain; no third-party content is loaded.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser information, as described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store this data.
2. NDZ Publisher and YouTube API Services
NDZ Publisher is an internal application operated only by No Data Zone. It uses YouTube API Services to upload videos, thumbnails and captions, set video details and schedule publication on the No Data Zone YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public and is not used on anyone else's account.
- Data accessed: only the No Data Zone channel's own data needed for publishing (channel identity, our videos and their metadata). NDZ Publisher does not access, collect, store or share any information about viewers or other YouTube users.
- Data stored: an authorization token that lets the tool act on our channel. It is kept on our own systems with restricted access and is never shared with anyone.
- Data shared: none. Video files and their details are sent only to YouTube, to be published.
- Revoking access: the channel owner can revoke NDZ Publisher's access at any time from the Google security settings page. The stored token is then deleted.
By watching or interacting with our content on YouTube, you are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Our YouTube channel
Views, comments, likes and subscriptions on YouTube are processed by Google under its own privacy policy. We only see the aggregated statistics that YouTube Studio provides to every channel, and the public comments left under our videos.
4. Emails
If you write to [email protected], we use your message and address only to reply. We keep them no longer than needed and never share them.
5. Children
Our content is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from them.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR), you may ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we hold almost none, most requests can be answered quickly: write to [email protected].
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
